Characteristics:
Tincture variety intended for the production of red wine, highly sought among planters because of its "dye" quality, the best in class. Aka "wine ink".
It has vigorous growth, prefers long cuts, production satisfactory every year 10 to 11 t / ha, supports drought well, from the observations so far good resistance to rot and disease, medium resistance to frost (–18 –20º C)
Variety with the short period of vegetation, at maturity accumulates 175-180 g / l of sugars, corresponding acidity, not too high, produces a good quality wine, with harmonious taste, fine aroma, very dark.
It is used especially in blends with other varieties, but care should be taken to mix ratio, because used in larger quantity dominates the taste.
The grapes are large (170g), cylindro-conical, dense in grains. Small 1,7g, spherical, black-blue, covered with pruin, thin skin, pulp with intense red color, rich acidity.
Age of maturity: the beginning of September.

Characteristics:
Merlot vine is part of the category of red wine grapes.Ite is an old French variety from the Gironde-Bordeaux vineyard, the Medoc vineyard, where he grows alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec and gets the famous wines from this area. The Merlot variety has a medium vegetation period (170-180 days) requiring 26-28ºC active temperature.
It has great growth force and develops a rich foliage. It shows good fertility 70-75% fertile quills and productivity higher than Cabernet because the grapes are larger. Full maturation takes place about 3-4 weeks after the Chasselas Dore (4th-5th age).
Biological resistances: variety with low resistance to frost (-16, -18ºC) and drought, sensitive to manna, medium resistant to flaking and rot, sensitive to moths and mites.

Characteristics:
It is a variety intended for the production of quality red wines with medium strength, good resistance to drought and frost (-23º C), requires little work in green.
This vine variety is fragrant, tasty with specific flavor, good acidity.
The grapes are medium-sized (120g), cylindrical, with round berries often placed on bunches.
The skin is thin, black-violet, juicy pulp,pleasant taste.
Age of maturity: mid-September.

Characteristics:
It is a medium-sized, resistant, fertile, unpretentious and environmentally friendly breed. Excellent resistance to frost and rot, requires long cuts and few works in green.
The grapes are medium (120g), round, blue, soft, soft skin, slightly aromatic (muscat). Production is regular and constant, with accumulations of very good sugars.
Wine has a beautiful color, with a slight aroma and taste of muscat, unusual quality of red wines.

Characteristics:
Old Romanian variety, known since the Dacian era, resulting from the popular selection of the species Vitis silvestris Gmel .; the place of origin would be located on the valley of Prut River, around Uricani in Iasi County.
The grapes are large, conical cylindrical, winged, with berries frequently on bunches. Medium, spherical, thick-skinned, black-bearded, covered with plenty of prussia, persistent pistilus; juicy pulp with pleasant taste.
Variety of short-term vegetation (150-160 days) has high growth force, with strong vegetative growth and low fertility, 35-40% fertile fertilizers. Full maturation is achieved 2-3 weeks after the Chasselas Dore (age 4).
Biological resistances: it has very good resistance to frost (-22° C -24° C) and drought, sensitive to manna and flaking, medium resistant to gray rot, moths and mites.
Variety that due to the high vigor of growth requires cultivation on less fertile, skeletal, limestone fields and grafting on less vigorous rootstocks to temper its vegetative growths (SO4, SC 71, SC 25).
It is suitable for driving on high and semi-rigid stems, single or double bilateral cord with cutting into short rod elements. At the cutting are attributed large loads of 20-25 mesh / m2, spread over 2-3 eyes.
Grape production from 6-8 t / ha to 10-12 t / ha.
Black Maiden grows very well in Moldova and Muntenia. Exceptional behavior is in the Urlati-Ceptura wine-growing centers, Tohani in the Dealu Mare vineyard, where the wines obtained are DOCC.

The resulting wine is lightly fragrant, balanced, elegant, supple, with soft tannins that abound in wonderful aromas (dried plums), good acidity.
The grapes are medium to large (150 g), cylindro - conical, with the first base branches more developed, with the berries often placed on bunches. Medium, spherical, thick-skinned, purple red, covered with persistent pruin; juicy pulp with transparent stum.
Biological resistances: it has very good resistance to frost (-22 ° C to -24 ° C) and to drought, sensitive to manna and mildew, medium resistant to gray rot, moths and mites.
Age of maturity: mid-September.

Characteristics:
Old French variety, known since Cardinal Richelieu, cultivated Bordeaux, Medoc vineyard. Variety with the relatively long vegetation period (175-195 days) during which it requires a 34-38ºC global temperature.
High growth vigor and medium fertility 65-70% fertile quills. It greatly grows the wood of lenghty quills, about 80%, that the wood of the string becomes dense and hard and differentiates the fruit buds from the base.
Therefore, grafting requires a longer wetting period and at the same time it exhibits some tolerance to the filoxer, that it can also be cultivated on its own roots on the unfiloxerised fields (psamosols).
Full maturation at 4 weeks after the Chasselas Dore (5th era).
Biological resistances: Good tolerance to frost (-20 to 22º C), very resistant to drought, good tolerance to oidium and gray grain rot, hand-sensitive, medium resistant to moths and mites.
